Condensation Cure silicone rubber 20 Shore A
Inno Silica Condensation cure silicone rubber 20 Shore
A is suitable for mold masters for molding small size of polyester resin, epoxy resin, urethane foam, wax, plaster, and low-melt-point metal alloys. Condensation Cure RTV silicone rubber compounds allow accurate reproduction of the shape of the original. They are easy to use and are thus used widely in industrial applications, as well as by hobbyists looking to create the perfect replica.
Condensation Cure silicone rubber 20 Shore A:
A. Workability
Liquid silicone rubber and curing agent are mixed and then poured into the mold to create a silicone rubber mold quickly. Workable time and cure time can be adjusted.
B. Mold-releasability
The cured Liquid silicone rubber releases easily from the mold, so mold-release agents (soapy water, wax, etc.) are unnecessary.
C.Dimensional stability
These liquid RTV silicone rubber offer good dimensional stability, with little shrinkage.
D. Flowability
RTV silicone rubber have excellent flowability, so the original form is reproduced accurately. This includes even intricate shapes and details such as fingerprints and wood grain.
E.Heat and chemical resistance
RTV silicone rubbers have outstanding resistance to heat and chemicals.
F.Deep-section curability
Moldmaking RTV silicone rubber compound cures uniformly throughout the mold, regardless of thickness
G.Non-exothermic
No heat is generated during curing, meaning no adverse effects to the original.
